Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th, 1996) was born in Miami Florida. She is half English and half Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. Her father is an Argentinean of Scottish as well as English heritage is her mother. Her mother's ancestral lineage is Spanish and English. Taylor Joy is the youngest of four siblings, one from each of her parents' prior marriages. Buenos Aires was her home until the age of six when the family moved into Victoria within London. Taylor Joy claims that her move to England was very traumatic. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and was hoping to move back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school following the changed schools from Northlands. She then went to Queen's Gate School in London in which she attended ballet classes as well as participated in plays. At the age of 16, she quit school to pursue a full-time career in acting. Taylor-Joy had always wanted to work as an actor. When she was 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the opportunity to become a model.
