The daughter is Harvey Welker a Native American father, and Julie Welker an African-American mother. She has both a Native American father as well as an African-American mom. Walker was educated in Germantown Friends School. Germantown Friends School (Germantown Region) in Philadelphia, graduating in 1994. In 1998, Walker earned a bachelor's of arts diploma from Harvard College. Welker, married with John Hughes of Merck Philadelphia in Philadelphia is the mother of two. The couple started an affair during 2014, when they were together. John husband of hers has four years less than her. The relationship was enjoying itself and they decided to continue their relationship. On the 4th March 2017 they got married. Philadelphia Pennsylvania hosted their wedding.
