Elizabeth Olsen
Elizabeth Chase Olsen (born February 16, 1989) is an American actress. Olsen was raised in Sherman Oaks and began acting at the age of four. After appearing in Martha Marcy May Marlene's film, the actress was well-received and nominated for the Critics Choice Film Award. The film was later followed by Silent House. Olsen was awarded the BAFTA Rising Star Award in 2011. She graduated two years later from New York University. Olsen gained worldwide recognition for her portrayal of Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe media franchise and was featured in the superhero films Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), Avengers: Infinity War (2018), Avengers: Endgame (2019) and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), in addition to the mini-series WandaVision (2021). She was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award as well as an Golden Globe Award for her performance in WandaVision. She executive produced and starred in the drama Sorry for Your Loss (2018-2019), earning a Critics' Choice Television Award nomination for her role as a widower.
